There are two buckets at the bottom. The first has holes. This allows for easy change of water as long as you can phyiscally lift the upper bucke from the lower when it is full.

This is the bucket with holes. The discoloration around the top of it is confusing. it's just one bucket on ground and the 2nd is standing to the right.

The square in the upper part is to block a hole. you may need something to block water from coming out if holes are empty
There is a hole at the bottom for the electrical wire
You need a protective ring to keep water from splashing everywhere
This might be be better with a misting system
I don't have experience with those nozzles yet.
